Hors d’oeuvres
Veggie bowl (or tray) w/dip – broccoli, cauliflower, red/green/yellow bell pepper, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, celery – all in finger size pieces mixed in a clear cut-glass punch bowl
Fresh fruit tray – seasonal fruits – honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, seedless grapes, strawberries, kiwi – served on a tray in bite sizes
Assorted cubed cheese tray – cheddar, Swiss & pepper cheese cubes
Pickle & olive tray – bread & butter pickles, dill pickle strips, ripe & black olives, little peppers – arranged on a tray
Meat balls (with a dill sauce or Italian sauce) – Granny’s own recipe served in a round chaffing dish
Cooked boiled shrimp peeled w/tail – served from a shell shaped glass bowl with cocktail sauce
Little smokies – served from a round chaffing dish
Chicken drummettes (fried or bbq) – served from a platter garnished with kale & a blue cheese dip on the side
Chicken salad croissants – Granny’s homemade chicken salad served on fresh baked croissants
Artichoke/spinach dip with crackers
